Roaring start? More like a squeak.
So I’ve arrived close to the end of the first week of the “new” blog. I say new because I’ve had the domain name for a long time now (personal branding, yay!), and the blog has been up but with much ado about nothing…in other words, not a whole lot going on.
So far the traffic has been showing some promise but it’s not like the flood gates have opened or anything. 102 Visitors, half direct, half from referring sites. Until yesterday the number one referrer for the blog was my little sister’s blog which is private, except for her friends and our family but I think I may have made a splash hit in the 14 & younger teeny-bopper crowd.
I am hopeful that in the next month I see some good improvement. I’ll be posting more about business, Internet, Web design, random things, and just about life in general.
I’m not going to spam this all over the place, but I do hope to get some links back to me here so that I’m a little bit more “out there” in the blogsphere. The blog will be a good avenue for release of ideas and thoughts I’ve had for a long time but hadn’t yet found a place to send them to.
