I’ve been preparing recently for another round of interviewing of new job candidates and was reading about do’s and don’ts and other things to look for in interview candidates so that we can find the individual who would best fit the position we were going to hire for and best compliment our atmosphere. I came across a great site for tips and tricks for interviews.

This is directed to individuals who are going to interviews more than those who are doing the interviewing, however, it’s still good to know the red flags in job candidates.
